Book any service or package by 31 January 2027, for work before 30 April. In return, you'll fill in a short feedback form at the end and let us show your cover and a short before-and-after excerpt (you'll approve exactly what's shown). We'll also invite a testimonial; it's optional, it can say whatever you honestly think, and it doesn't change your price.
Mention code FOUNDING30 when you book.
Everything happens online, in writing, so more of our time goes into your book.
If your book isn't a fit, we'll tell you before any work begins, and refund you in full.
Yes, all of them, and every royalty. We never take a share, a license or an option on future books.
No. Your book goes up on your own Amazon account, under your name or imprint. We prepare it and walk you through publishing it; you own it.
Every edit is led by an experienced editor, who reviews and approves it before it reaches you. We're open that AI tools do much of the first pass, the way editors have long used style and grammar tools, and every change comes to you as a tracked suggestion you can accept or reject. Your book is your writing, so Amazon doesn't treat an edited book as AI-generated.
Yes. It's never shared or published, and never shown in our portfolio without your written permission.
We work with clean books of every kind. Some are openly Christian and some aren't. We don't take on books with explicit content or books written against God or Jesus.
Story Notes, if the draft is finished but you aren't sure the story or structure works. The line edit, once the big picture is settled. Polishing sentences before the structure is right wastes your money.
No. It makes your voice clearer, not ours. Every change is a tracked suggestion you can accept or reject.
No. A line edit improves sentences; a proofread catches the last typos after all changes are made. We'll recommend a proofreader.
You'll need a free KDP account; we'll send simple instructions. The Kindle ebook needs no ISBN, and Amazon offers a free one for paperbacks. Buy your own if you want your own imprint name on the record.
No, you will, with us guiding you on screen. We never need your password, and you'll know your own account when we're done.
You approve a written brief before we design anything, then you get one design and two rounds of changes. After the second round the design is final. Once you've paid in full, the files are yours, and you're welcome to take them to another designer if you'd like more changes.
You may use it for your book and its marketing. The images are licensed stock photography; we never use AI-generated art on client covers.
So more of our time goes into your book. Everything you need is here, in writing, and questions are answered by email within two working days. Sessions that are part of a service (the Blueprint session, the Story Notes call, the upload session) are on Zoom.
Services under $300 are paid in full. Others take a 50% deposit, with the balance due on delivery, before final files are released.
Tell us. Most concerns are solved in a revision round. If a project ends early, you pay only for the work completed.
Paste your first 1,000 words below and we'll send them back edited, free. We take five a month. If this month's five are already taken, we'll email you and schedule yours for the next month.
